The documentation standard was developed during three conferences of DZVhÄ and InHom, the present WissHom (2002, 2004 and 2008).
In 2011 this standard was agreed on by DZVhÄ, BKHD and VKHD. It should be considered in the development of homeopathic documentation systems and provide the basic documentation tool for research on case studies.
